  Article 94-Offences involving unsanitary storage, handling and preparation of food  
94.1 Unsanitary storage, handling and/or preparation of food  
  The unsanitary storage, handling and/or preparation of food is the when a person or company engages in the food related activities in conditions that fail to meet basic standards of hygene, safety and regulation resulting in the food itself being at risk of contamination and/or serious health danger to anyone that consumes it.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That laws and regulations exist regarding the safe storage, handling and/or preparation of food;
 2. That at a time and place, the accused was found to have breached such standards;
 3. That the accused had previously been warned/fined regarding the breach of such standards;
 4. That the actions of the accused were done with the knowledge that their actions were unlawful;

a) preparation and serving in unsanitary conditions of over 100 Kg and under 1,000 Kg of food/beverages;

a) preparation and serving in unsanitary conditions of over 1,000 Kg and under 100,000 Kg of food/beverages;

a) owner/officer of a company in the unlawful unsanitary storage/transport of under 100 Kg of food/beverages;
