In the context of social objectives, the objective of judicial standards are: |

1. To ensure the fair execution of justice in all matters of civil and criminal law ; |

| |
2. To ensure the efficient and non-delay of court matters; |
|
| |
3. To reduce the total cost of administering justice; |
|
| |
4. To reduce the incidence of crime. |
