  Article 16-The objectives of Judicial standards  
16.1 The objectives of Judicial standards  
  In the context of social objectives, the objective of judicial standards are:  
  1. To ensure the fair execution of justice in all matters of civil and criminal law ;  
  2. To ensure the efficient and non-delay of court matters;  
  3. To reduce the total cost of administering justice;
