Confiscation of objects |

Where objects are considered contraband and/or have been involved in an alleged crime, they shall be lawfully and immediately confiscated by law enforcement officials. |

Receipt of non-contraband confiscated objects |
|
| |
Where an object is not contrabant, a receipt shall be issued to the owner of the confiscated object. Upon the conclusion of any criminal/civil matters, this receipt shall be required to be reproduced to have the items returned, notwhithstanding items themselves that are subject to civil proceedings, or considered a proceed or element of crime. |
