1. That at a time and place a person did wear a uniform of the armed forces in a particular manner;

2. That the accused was either a member of the armed forces of Oceanic Union at the time of the alleged offence or an opposing combatant;

3. That under the regulations of the armed forces all uniforms must be worn to certain standards and only by people authorized for that rank and service;

4. That the actions of the accused contributed to the uniform being worn in an unlawful or irregular manner;

5. That the actions of the accused were done with the knowledge and intent to breach the regulations regarding the wearing of the uniform;

4-6	a) False creation of uniform for which he accused is not authorized;

1-3	a) Impersonating an officer for which the accused person is not authorized;
4-6	a) Impersonating a senior officer for which the accused person is not authorized;

1-3	a) Impersonating an officer in uniform for which the accused person is not authorized and is a member of an opposing combat force to the armed forces of Oceanic Union;
4-6	a) Impersonating a senior officer in uniform for which the accused person is not authorized and is a member of an opposing combat force to the armed forces of Oceanic Union;
