| Article 12-Amendments to the code | ||
| 12.1 | Amendments to the code | |
| Amendments to the Code shall be permitted in the context of amendments to law which includes new and/or amended judicial acts relating to police, crimininal and/or civil law. In such cases, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Police Code itself to be amended to reflect the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles. | ||
| In regards to the amendment to the structure of the Code in so far as the addition and/or deletion of specific articles, such amendments shall require the same amendment provisions as the Constitution. | ||
