competency and eligibility

Eligibility |
|
| |
Eligibility is the minimum requirements of a person in order to be eligible for recruitment as a police officer. |
|
| |
The following are considered the minimum eligibility requirements of a police officer: |
|
| |
Integrity |
|
| |
(i) That they do not have a current active criminal record; |
|
| |
Certificates |
|
| |
(i) That they have completed a high school level diploma; |
|
| |
Skills |
|
| |
(i) That they can read and write to a high school level in the official language of Oceanic Union; |
|
| |
Fitness |
|
| |
(i) That they are capable of running 800 metres in under two minutes and thirty seconds; |
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
