Information systems |
| |
The information system of the police force is essential for the preparation of cases, the research of information and the fast checking of citizen information. |
| |
Where possible, all police vehicles should have access to a central information system enabling the rapid checking of person details, identification and any outstanding warrants or offences. |
| |
In addition, the information system should be web enabled so that all complaints of a Level 2 or below are submitted via secure web screens to the police force rather than the physical documentation by police. |
