| 67.1 | Crime scenes | |
| A crime scene is any location at which a death of a person occurred and/or a level 3 or above crime was committed. | ||
| It is the responsibility of the first officers on the scene to secure the crime scene and ensure no persons are permitted to enter until the forensic investigation unit arrives and surveys the scene. | ||
