The Judicial Code and Prison Code

The Judicial Code of the Oceanic Union shall be responsible for administering the conditions of and operations of the courts, whereas the Prison Code shall be responsible for the administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of all correctional facilities and system.
|

The Prison Code depends in part upon the Judicial Code in the fair operation of the courts and the hearing of charges and cases of accused persons.
|
|
| |
Similarly, the Judicial Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Prison Code in administering the functions and operations of correctional facilities managing individuals lawfully remanded into custody and reducing the risk of re-offence.
