| Article 78-Execution of sentences of self-assisted death | ||
| 78.1 | Execution of sentences of self-assisted death | |
| Where a prisoner has been sentenced to a capital crime permitting them to choose to have their life terminated, the conduct and procedures for such action shall by according to the articles of this Code. | ||
| A minimum twelve month review period must be undertaken before any self-assisted death sentence may be carried out. | ||
